Greetings and congratulations to all of the Ladies of Heb community.
Today I will share another new photography with everyone in this community.

Cooked chicken biryani for lunch today. The fragrant hot rice combined with the chicken makha masala, the crunch of green chillies and the aroma of the spices created a wonderful taste.

While cooking, I first washed the chicken meat well and marinated it for a while after applying masala. After frying onions in oil, spread the aroma of spices with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves.

When the chicken meat is soft, I mix it with fragrant basmati rice and cook it on low heat, so that the flavor of the spices sit properly in each grain.

Once I opened the lid and saw the hot smoke rising, I realized that the biryani was perfect! A plate of hot biryani is accompanied by a cucumber raita or salad. Today's dining experience is truly memorable!
