Hello foodies lovers!
A few days ago my friend brought me a cake. At that time I thought this was a brownie cake like the ones I usually eat. But it turns out I've never tried this flavor before. According to my friend, this cake is a brownie cake with chocolate flavor combined with Srikaya flavor and pandan aroma.
I will start reviewing the packaging first. The packaging is quite attractive and makes people want to try it. Of course this is my opinion. The box is not too big, so it is very practical.
When you first opened the box, all you saw was green. But after cutting and taking it, this cake consists of two colors. The bottom layer is chocolate flavored. Then for the top layer is srikaya pandan flavor. As for the texture of the cake, I really like it because it is very soft. The texture of the top layer of the cake is much softer than the bottom layer.
As for the taste of this cake, I really really like it. Even though I'm not a sweet lover and rarely eat cake, I like this one because it's not too sweet. As for the bottom layer of the cake, I think it's delicious but it's similar to the chocolate brownies I've tried. And as for the top layer, it feels very new to me. The taste of srikaya and the aroma of pandan are very new to me. Apart from that, as I mentioned above, the texture is very soft.
Looks like I'm starting to become a fan of Batavia srikaya pandan cake. I still don't know where the shop is, maybe later I'll ask my friend. Or maybe later I'll try looking in online stores. Hopefully I can buy it online because I'm too lazy to travel, Lol. But, I'm serious, this cake is really delicious and highly recommended.
