Hello, friends especially foodies!

Recently when mom and i walked down in a shopping center at central jakarta, after a great brunch and a little bit of walking, we were a bit hungry (again¿) so we then passed by our favorite noodle restaurant.. we were lucky that that day was lamian day, that means our favorite handmade noodle were on sale, 50% off! What a great news, isn't it?

What made the noodle in this restaurant different? They called the noodle there flying noodle because you could see the noodle freshly handmade pulled and made flying there by the chef. It had a large glass window where you could the handmade making process of the lamian (noodle) clearly. Like this..

50% off lamian day offer only could be used not to all kind of the noodle here (for example their kind of beef noodles) but luckily our favorite minced pork lamian could get 50% off... so my tip, if you want to try eating lamian here on lamian day (every 18th of the month), you should ask the waitress, which lamian menus were included.

Not a long time of waiting our noodle then came... here how they looked like

Both of us ordered the same minced pork lamian (noodle). It contained handmade noodle, minced pork and mushroom as the topping, it also had the green vegetable and also yansui leaves (cut and served on their big soup spoon). Anyway it also served with a bowl of thick pork broth soup.

The taste of our noodle was so tasty in savory. The minced pork and also mushroom as the topping had a bit too savory and sweet flavour this time but this was not usually happened here (maybe because that day was lamian day, they made it in a rush) so to make it tastier we put the dried chilli oil to bring the spicy flavour and also the thick pork broth soup which had light savory but tasty flavour.

If you come here someday, don't forget to try their authentic chrysanthemum chinese tea too..

it had fresh calming sweet flavour of chrysanthemum flower and no added sugar, plus it served hot.

For our lunch in the lamian day we paid 93,939 IDR or around 6.62 USD, affordable!

So wanna try tasty handmade noodle here too?
