I see a lot of tools out there making you use the AI for generating some sort of image, audio and video too. So the content is being generated by the super computer here. And we see a lot of heap of trash that is being generated by a machine.
Take example of tools like midjourney, ChatGPT and many other tools that generate the content. And that makes you think like is it good for us in terms of the claims legally or not? So we can discuss that part.
I see a lot of art from the arthub where you would find that they are kind of picking up content out of the deviant art, libraries, instagram and many other similar places. So the collective derivative work is being taken.
And if the content like that is being taken we have to think of who to credit and who to think of when it comes to the value that is being generated. And we have to think of things from the monetization point of view as well.
In short if it is derivative then we have to give some credit too. So something like that we have to make sure to think from the legal stand point. And for this we have to even design the legal bots that check the other bots for violation.
As a human you can't keep up with what AI is in process to generate. And that means we have to legally think of the ways to get rid of the bots violation. We have to design the legally strong bots to stop some of the API from abusing the quality work.
Something like this needs to be done before the AI starts removing the real people out of the jobs. because we could be destroying the variety of the sectors. For example there are some of such companies on the web we should be getting it on a larger scale.
Now this is not going to be happening in short time. It would take a bit of time and effort and also we have to plan variety of means to enforce our solutions. Because we all know that there are always the AI bots that can violate due to scraping of content.
