I have been infatuated with the concept of Realism , where one creates artwork with a blend of lights and shadows making it look photoreal.I am no perfectionist , but it took the shit out me because in realism one can't be doing mere fast strokes . One has to give time , make every corner his home build it with care so when brought it looks real.
This is my failed attempt at drawing a photoreal "EMERALD", it turned good but not to my satisfaction.
