We love food and therefore we create a lot by ourself. This evening we had pizza and this means around noon the dough need to be started.
One of my favs and today I did the pizza in two steps. Means first the core pizza went to oven and in a second step the complete pizza with all the toppings.
Sure, as we do the pizza 🍕 at the BBQ or with other words outdoors at the gas grill on a special stone - this work environment calls for a cold drink.
A look into my fridge and a fresh Jupiler beer jumped into my hand.
the beer is open.
With the use a good tool, we can start to do the pizza at the 300 degree hot oven.
