Follow me on a walk at Jalan Alor to the Malaysian street food market with all different styles of food.
There are so many people hanging out and even better - a lot locals having food here.
Here we go with some of my pictures from this evening. We went with a bunch of Hivians to have some food and even more fun.
We went for the lamb on a stick and as well some bbq 🍖 chicken 🍗 plus serval cold liquids
To be honest, the taste of the lamb was nice and together with the Tiger 🐅 it was a great choice.
The street is full of people who just celebrating life together with good food a d Friends
Fun added to the group of Hivians.
Walking around the market and looking for some more food to bring to our table, we found a group of young Malaysian locals just finishing the durian.
So, just a few seconds later, the writer of this article made decision to ask that strangers to “borrow” parts of the leftovers - of that special smelling fruit - to present us as a special food to our table full of friends.
I guess none of them is yet Durian lover.
Sadly, my „bad black humor“ worked neither on 
Met the durian today. Looks like medieval weaponry, smells like the bin behind a tropical café. Locals call it the king of fruits.
I call it Stockholm Syndrome in edible form—repulsive at first, then disturbingly addictive. I’m worried I might actually want another. But no, I can’t stand that smell without calling „Jööööörg“ or however you name that sound ….
Even 
Yeah, all this food need some liquid to go.
