Omelette again

With some more time in the morning , let’s enjoy again a nice self made omelette with bacon and cheese.

Recipe

I just used some think bacon and cooked in a pan until it get brown, put it out of the pan to add two eggs mixed with a bit of milk.

Have this get a bit sticking, than add the bacon on top plus some cheese. Wait a moment, roll it and give the whole thing some time on medium heat.

Put it on a plate, add fresh basil and some think pieces of salt.

You wouldn’t get it better is a resto - maybe in one with a star.
