Last December, I was invited to speak at an event in Nuernberg. That was fun and the audience enjoyed my facts about customer service. This is always a big topic for companies as a good service keeps the clients.
As a small token of appreciation, I received a bottle of the famous Christkindlesmarktbier, which was not easy to get that days as it was sold out.
Now, in early February, I've finally found the time to enjoy this special beer. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait!

With a robust, dark malt aroma and a delicate hop note, it strikes the perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. The coppery glow of the beer is a real eye-catcher and makes you eager for that first sip.
They say the ideal drinking temperature is around 8°C. There you get the full flavor unfolds and letting me relive the pre-Christmas season all over again. So, don't worry, this beer is so tasty that even Santa takes a break to have a sip!

A Legacy of Brewing Excellence
Behind this delicious beer is the Tucher Privatbrauerei GmbH & Co. KG from Nuremberg.
A well known brand.
This brewery has a long and proud history dating back to 1672. Originally founded in the Heilig-Geist-Spital, it is now part of the Radeberger Group within the Oetker conglomerate. Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law, the brewery uses only the finest ingredients: water, barley malt, and hops.

Quality in Every Sip
With an alcohol content of 5.7% vol, Christkindlesmarktbier is strong enough to get you into the festive spirit but mild enough to enjoy in good company.
The brewery places great emphasis on tradition and quality, which is evident in every sip of this special beer. But let's be honest, who could resist a beer named after a Christmas market? It's like liquid Christmas party in a glass!
A Storied Past
The Tucher family, one of Nuremberg's most influential patrician families, has an impressive history dating back to 1309. Originally known as a merchant family, the Tuchers gained great wealth and influence through their trading company in the 15th and 16th centuries. They traded successfully in goods like saffron and were also involved in mining.
Influence and Legacy
The family was almost continuously represented in the Inner Council of the city of Nuremberg and played a significant role in city politics.
Their ancestral seat, the Rittergut Simmelsdorf, was acquired in 1598 and remains in the family's possession to this day. The Tuchers are known for their numerous foundations and their commitment to cultural and social projects in Nuremberg. Their history is closely intertwined with the development of the city and reflects Nuremberg's rise as a major trading and cultural center.

A visit to Nuremberg during the Christmas season is an experience not to be missed.
