Scusate l'assenza questa settimana, ma ci sono stati importati aggiornamenti:
La mia palestra ha aperto il 3/06, ho provato ad andarci una volta giusto per vedere come funzionava il tutto.
Il solito, misurazione della temperatura all'entrata, disinfettere mani e macchinari e la mascherina si tiene solo negli spostamenti tra un esercizio e l'altro.
La gente si è dimezzata infatti quando sono andata venerdi eravamo in solo 6 persone (meglio cosi)
Da Domani riprendo le guide con l'istruttore, infatti oggi per non fare una figura di m**** ho dato una rispolverata con la macchina del mio ragazzo e mi sono usciti per la prima volta bene anche i parcheggi✌🏻

Sorry for the absence this week, but I have a lot of updates:
My gym opened on 3/06, I tried to go there once just to see how it all worked.
