La preparación de la chicha es muy sencilla y tiene pocos ingredientes, se tiene que usar pasta que sea preferiblemente larga para que se cocine más rápido, leche en polvo, leche condensada, un toque de sal, azúcar, vainilla, agua, hielo. Lo primero es montar una olla con agua a hervir.

En esa olla con agua vamos a poner la pasta cortada en trozos para que se hierva más rápido, dejamos hervir y ablandar.

Así quedó nuestra chicha, me encanta como se siente la textura cremosa junto con el crujiente de las chispas de colores. Además se ven bonitos los colores en el vaso.
