Hello my hive loves! How are you today? I am quite hungry! That is why I have decided to show you how to make divine mini hamburger buns
DSC09915.JPG

Since I am very hungry, I took the opportunity to fill some with shredded meat, homemade tomato sauce (with tomatoes from our family garden) and grated llanero cheese!

Ingredientes - Ingredients

1 Kilo de harina de trigo

1 Kilo of wheat flour
DSC09874.JPG

30 gramos de levadura

30 grams of yeast
DSC09878.JPG

50 grams or liters of fat, either butter or oil
DSC09875.JPG

100 gramos de azúcar y 25 g sal

100 grams of sugar and 25 g salt
DSC09877.JPG

520 milliliters of liquid; first we weigh 1 egg, then the missing one we add water...

We add flour in a large container, make a volcano shape to incorporate the yeast and liquid water in the center
DSC09881.JPG

We gradually incorporate our ingredients, the sugar and everything goes in the center of the volcano and the salt out of the liquid - already in the flour - away from the yeast
DSC09882.JPG

When all the flour is already incorporated with our ingredients, we must start with the kneading, I do not recommend adding all the liquid at once because not all the wheat flour is the same, so while they go in this stage of the kneading they can calculate better If necessary, add more water or not (pending: By "More water" I mean the one in our already heavy 520 ml!)
DSC09886.JPG

The first kneading has to be very smooth and a little slow...
DSC09884.JPG

When we have a homogeneous dough, we can let it rest for 5 minutes covered...
DSC09887.JPG

We knead again to better incorporate the ingredients, the dough does not have to feel lumpy, this can also be avoided by sifting the flour at the beginning when they are going to put everything...
DSC09888.JPG

Tapamos y dejamos reposar 20 minutos

Cover and let stand 20 minutes
DSC09890.JPG

While the dough rests, I show you these beauties of tomatoes from my home garden, here they were in a pot with boiling water, from there the shell is removed, liquefied and placed again on a low heat together with vinegar and the ingredients you want for make your rich tomato sauce The key to the characteristic flavor is the cinnamon and the cooking time, which must be very long!
DSC09893.JPG

When the dough doubles in size it is time to cut and distribute on the trays before letting it rise...
DSC09894.JPG

With every 100 grams, I did something that the bakery calls "Boleo" which indicates a circular movement with a dough between the palm of one hand, making a subtle pressure to generate a ball of bread dough. In the future I want to do a post in hive only explaining how to do the bowling well.

Each ball is placed on a previously greased tray
DSC09899.JPG

We let rest well covered in a warm environment so that they rise faster...
DSC09907.JPG

I put bags in it so that no air gets inside them, the time will depend on your yeast and its quality, it can be 20 minutes if it is good, my yeast was not of very good quality so it took 50 minutes to rest
DSC09908.JPG

We bake at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown... I put a brush of beaten egg before entering the oven to give even more color.

¡Crujientes por fuera, esponjosos por dentro! - Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside!
DSC09911.JPG

With a very pretty friend... It should be mentioned that the flour is all-purpose type, the best for making bread because it is 100% wheat

Here I show you how I add my homemade tomato sauce to the delicious breads! They are for hamburger but you can also make a very tasty sandwich with this one.
