Howdy, all

I have spent some time over the past two months or so lurking Steemit and various other platforms and I am genuinely able to now say, I LOVE STEEMIT. I first encountered Steemit in the crypto currency/ alt coin space from the likes of @Craig-Grant and @Crypt0. I was skeptical at first, but I'm better now.

I come from the stock trading world where I have spent the past 3+ years making a fool of myself while learning some really cool stuff. Until this past year I have been doing a rather poor impression of a serial entrepreneur in a few different spaces, but finally things are turning around. I really think, with the right support and cultivation Steemit could be a massively important institution or stepping stone toward the business structure of tomorrow.

I really enjoy this platform because it brings out the most in people, for better or worse. I've always said that success is the measure of my work and money is a natural byproduct of that discipline. Steemit is awesome because, despite there being incentive for good work, consensus rules, making it harder to cater to a specific person's proclivities.

I'll admit, I had apprehensions coming into this thing as an active participant because I see how much of social media reacts to people who believe in God the way I do. In the course of praying on it I realized that Steemit represents freedom for all, and I am a fool if I think it's acceptable to suppress myself out of fear. Instead of assuming the worst in people, why not pray over it and jump in the fire?

The world is in serious need of a power shift/ spread. Steemit, to me represents the continuation of the beginning of what I think can and should be the future for our children. Or, you know, maybe not. Either way, I'm in. I hope to make some friends, gain some knowledge and share the Gospel of Yeshua with the world! Peace.
