The collection continues

One week ago we took a trip to the amish market and I picked up some herbs to be added to my growing collection. That blog is here
Today, the bundles I hung and the loose leaves I bagged for drying were ready to be processed and placed in jars.


Of course I forgot to start taking pictures from the beginning. By the time I remembered, I was halfway through @crypt0 's broadcast of the beginning of the Dash conference in London, so a fair bit of work had been put in. Here I had just finished getting all of the spearmint stripped and jarred, and was moving on to the cilantro.



The dill came next, a plant I have zero experience with outside of those bangin pickles.

Rosemary is an herb I am coming to like more and more.

I'm super excited about sage. Sage is one of those herbs that everyone has heard of for one reason or another.

When all was said and done, my cabinet is really starting to look loved, and I am slowly becoming a medicine man.
