Hola amigos de Hive, espero que hayan tenido un gran comienzo de semana, el día de hoy vengo a participar en la iniciativa “Al estilo de papa” me pareció un tema interesante puesto que tengo un papá al que le gusta arreglar todo y se la vive reparando cosas, agradezco a @mariajcastro28 por la invitación e invito a unirse a esta iniciativa a @dojeda @maridmc y @yolimarag, espero que mi participación les guste, sin más nada que agregar comenzaré a desarrollar el post.

Mi papá siempre ha sido una persona muy activa que le gusta realizar reparaciones en la casa, para ser sincero nunca lo he visto buscando algún albañil o técnico para solucionar los problemas siempre lo hace el mismo y es algo que siempre me ha sorprendido ya que es una persona muy imaginativa y siempre tiene una solución para cada problema, hasta el día de hoy sigue activo incluso el año pasado me ayudó a reparar unas tuberías de agua en mi casa y me también me ayudó a instalar unos espejos.

My dad has always been a very active person who likes to make repairs in the house, to be honest I have never seen him looking for a bricklayer or technician to solve problems, he always does it himself and it is something that has always surprised me since it is a very imaginative person and always has a solution for every problem, to this day he is still active even last year he helped me repair some water pipes in my house and he also helped me install some mirrors.

La casa en la que solíamos vivir tenía un diseño un poco viejo, el techo era de lámina y por ende habían varias goteras por todos lados especialmente en mi cuarto, en ese tiempo yo era un adolescente de unos 17 años de edad, en fin, era una pesadilla cada vez que llovía yo tenía un techo de anime o techo raso y solía acumularse mucha agua que después caía directamente en mi cama, le comuniqué el problema a mi papá y después de mucho pensarlo se nos ocurrió una posible solución, instalar encima del techo unos mantos de asfalto para impermeabilizar las partes que tenían goteras, recuerdo ir a la ferretería con él a comprarlos, tuvimos que esperar un día soleado puesto que necesitábamos que el techo estuviera caliente para poder instalarlos puesto que eran adhesivos.

The house we used to live in had a somewhat old design, the roof was made of metal and therefore there were several leaks everywhere, especially in my room, at that time I was a teenager of about 17 years of age, anyway, It was a nightmare every time it rained I had an anime roof or flat roof and a lot of water used to accumulate that later fell directly on my bed, I told my dad about the problem and after much thought we came up with a possible solution, install above From the roof some blankets of asphalt to waterproof the parts that had leaks, I remember going to the hardware store with him to buy them, we had to wait for a sunny day since we needed the roof to be warm to be able to install them since they were adhesive.

El día de instalar los mantos llegó, había bastante sol así que nos propusimos a instalarlos, la verdad fue una tarea bastante fácil solo teníamos que desenrollarlos encima de las áreas donde habían goteras y ya, no fue mucho trabajo y se hizo en un tiempo relativamente rápido, ahora solo teníamos que esperar que lloviera para comprobar que las goteras se habían acabado.

The day to install the blankets arrived, there was plenty of sun so we decided to install them, the truth was a fairly easy task, we just had to unroll them over the areas where there were leaks and that's it, it wasn't much work and it was done in a relatively short time. quickly, now we just had to wait for it to rain to see that the leaks had stopped.

Lamentablemente no solucionamos el problema, las goteras simplemente se movieron de lugar, ya no caía el agua encima de mi cama que era un gran avance pero ahora se filtraba por una de las paredes así estuve un par de meses colocando recipientes para evitar que se mojara todo mi cuarto, una vez le volví a comunicar problema a mi papá empezamos a buscar otra solución pero la verdad no se nos ocurría nada, además mi papá casi no estaba en casa porque trabajaba mucho así que teníamos que esperar tiempos muy largos para poder trabajar en el problema.

Unfortunately we did not solve the problem, the leaks simply moved, the water no longer fell on my bed, which was a great advance, but now it leaked through one of the walls, so I spent a couple of months placing containers to prevent it from getting wet all my room, once I reported the problem to my dad again, we started looking for another solution but nothing really came to mind, also my dad was hardly at home because he worked a lot so we had to wait very long times to be able to work in the problem.

Todo cambio cuando mi papá volvió de trabajar con una posible solución, usar espuma expansiva en las ranuras del techo para sellarlo bien, después de comprar el producto lo aplicamos por todo mi cuarto y esperamos a que lloviera, la verdad la espuma fue una gran solución, logramos eliminar las goteras de toda la casa, fue una gran reparación ya que era imposible vivir con tantas goteras, cada vez que llovía teníamos que llenar la casa con recipientes y algo tan simple como la espuma expansiva logró solucionar cada una de las goteras de la casa.

Everything changed when my dad came back from work with a possible solution, using expanding foam in the cracks in the roof to seal it well, after buying the product we applied it all over my room and waited for it to rain, the foam was a great solution. , we managed to eliminate the leaks in the whole house, it was a great repair since it was impossible to live with so many leaks, every time it rained we had to fill the house with containers and something as simple as expanding foam managed to solve each one of the leaks home.

Y bueno amigos espero que mi post les haya gustado, si tienen alguna gotera les recomiendo mucho usar la espuma, es fácil de aplicar y muy barata, espero que mi experiencia en el tema les haya gustado, como siempre yo disfruté escribiendo el tema, la verdad siempre me ha gusto hacer reparaciones con mi papá ya que aprendo mucho sobre como solucionar problemas en la casa en general, ahora si me despido, gracias por pasar nos vemos en el siguiente post, hasta la próxima.
