I need to say, that I am impressed with his idea and will be following him and his efforts! If he gets this together in a presentable form, think of the ramifications to the current system and the possibilities. Your home would be, owned by you, placed into a blockchain system where the city or town you live in allots a specific value to the city, in doing this, the city divides the value by the square acreage and therefore giving each homeowner/leinholder a bond worth the estimated value of the property. This would create a solid value to each person's vote regarding anything dealing with the way the community spends money. Votes, of course, would be blockchain based, so corruption would be "out the window". Those who are not homeowners, would have the option of buying into the blockchain and every child born could have a specific amount alloted to them for growth purposes. There are so many directions this could go! The biggest, though, is the ability for us, we the people, to take back control of our cities and towns.
