I recently read that many in this quarantine have always had food at home, despite all the chaos we are experiencing.
We have to be thankful that food has never been lacking in our home and we have so much to be thankful for because we are at home and not in a hospital or a cemetery.
I read an article about 10 little laws that make us see that gratitude changes our lives.
Being grateful will change the way you see life.
Undoubtedly gratitude leads to greatness, it can turn what you have into enough ... Work into joy and uncertainty into clarity.
The more grateful you are, the more things you will attract to thank.
This is totally true! Two weeks ago it was quite chaotic and I decided to change a little as I was seeing things and I began to thank for the least and all changes. Everything seems clearer and better now and in a way I have many more things to be thankful for ... The more you thank the more things will come into your life.
Being happy will not always make you grateful, but being grateful will always make you happy.
This is all depends on how you see things. Whether good or bad ... We all know that we are experiencing difficult times. But if we only focus on that we will be sad and worried about everything. I have decided to take this time to practice a lot and be happy to improve in my work. Let's be happy and everything else will come alone.
You will never need more than what you have been given.
I loved this and I think it is true, and they say that giving thanks is the best way to pray. Instead of praying to ask for things, give thanks for what you already have! When life gives you reasons to be negative stop a moment and think of some reason to be positive. There is always something to be thankful for ... Even if it is something small. But let's be grateful.
Gratitude helps us foster true forgiveness! Which is the only one with which you can truly say. Thank you for this experience. Thanks for what I'm living.
Many times we condemn or bitter ourselves for what has already happened. And then this is useless. With gratitude we give meaning to yesterday, it brings us peace to the present and above all it creates a positive vision for the future.
Keep in mind that gratitude includes everything.
May you never forget that good days will give you happiness but bad days will give you lessons. And we need both. Many complain about the rain but without it we would not have rainbows.
Do not forget that the greatest gratitude does not just remain in saying words, we must live based on all this, every day.
Many say practice gratitude, but this should not just be said, we must practice it, live it day by day, it shows how gratitude changes your life.
Gratitude includes giving back.
Many times we live day to day in a hurry and we do not stop to think that on that day to day we are so lucky and receive so many blessings. And since life and gratitude is not only based on receiving, we must also give back a little of our blessings.
The greatest tribute to the people and experiences you have lost is not pain, it is gratitude.
Many times and I include ourselves we complain because something or someone did not stay in our lives forever or as long as he wanted us to. But you know we should rather stop and thank because that moment or that person was in our lives for a while.
A few months ago I lost two of my uncles and their deaths hurt so much. But I was grateful that I had them in my life and with one of them I shared so many joys and good times the day before his death. We should not focus on the bad ...
To be truly grateful you must be in the present.
Day by day we worry about what will happen tomorrow without knowing that we should thank today for now. That tomorrow is still so uncertain.
We are going to let go of control and thus multiply the request of gratitude.
Learn to let yourself go, let's relax a little. And we will let ourselves be led on the path of life. Let's experience something new, let's not be afraid ... Of your best version.
These are small and fairly simple life lessons that can bring about very positive changes in our lives.
What do you appreciate?
