Creo que para mi los viernes se han convertido en un día especial, para agradecer por todo lo que tengo y aunque hoy en día todo parece difícil. Debemos tener la esperanza que todo va a mejorar y sobre todo que todo tiene su tiempo justo, hace algunos días leí que algunas personas decían que estar aquí es difícil... Pero no se yo lo veo como uno de los mejores lugares para estar! Muchas personas día a día pasan horas en Facebook, Instagram o whatsapp y esto no les deja ninguna ganancia...

Yo por muchos años había querido estudiar para ser chef y es una carrera que es bastante costosa debes tener muchos implementos y gastar en todos los ingredientes para las preparaciones, recuerdo que comencé aquí en septiembre del 2017 y a finales de este año hubo un aumento en el precio de las criptomonedas y eso me pareció maravilloso. Luego a mediados de enero de 2018 vi una publicidad de una escuela de cocina y donde vivo no tengo señal para hacer llamadas y pues esto me interesaba le escribí a una amiga y le pedí que llamara para tener la información y recuerdo que le dijeron que las clases comenzaban en marzo el 10. Pues me dedique a trabajar y ahorrar todo lo que pudiera y así mi sueño comenzó a convertirse en realidad.

Y así fue la primera clase fue el 10 de marzo para conocer a los profesores y tener una lista de las cosas que debíamos comprar. Cada semana iba publicando aquí todo lo que hacia Y así podía reunir algo de dinero para ir cubriendo todos los gastos.

Por eso siempre pero siempre apuesto por pasar mi tiempo aquí. Pues aquí logre reunir y cumplir un sueño... Además me permitió conocer personas que han dejado una marca permanente y hermosa en mi vida.

Y también aprendí a hacer los dulces mas sabrosos.. Algunos bastantes simples y otros muy elaborados. Que me hicieron darme cuenta que si que amo la pastelería y si los sueños se hacen realidad.

Aquí podrán ver un poco de ese recorrido que fue estudiar y les cuento que no todo fue tan fácil. Pues las clases eran a las 8 de la mañana pero yo vivía bastante lejos de la academia, y no tenemos carro entonces me tocaba levantarme a las 5 am para poder llegar a tiempo... A veces tenia que llevar 2 o 3 bolsos con todos los instrumentos e ingredientes pero eso no era ningún impedimento para mi. Pues yo quería estudiar y aprender.
