Many do not value our work. That is why today I dedicate these words to others like me, who feel that many despise their work.
It is so difficult to understand that this is a job like any other! The money invested in my training is minimal compared to the time invested, spend hours of sleep, vacations, hours of sharing with my family and friends, outings, meetings. Anyway! I do not regret anything I did.
Because I did it for something that I feel is my passion. Moreover, I left another career because I was no longer happy. I am happy enjoying making a cake, talking with a colleague who asks me things, I enjoy watching art and listening to music, imagining cakes all that time.
That's why today I say that. I GIVE YOU THE CAKE, but NOT the time I spend making it. And as they say, time is GOLD! Mine too.
