Today I want to start by mentioning the @alienarthive community and the friend @castleberry who welcomed me from the first moment. He is a lover of painting, the visual arts in general and a person very attentive to each of the concerns and doubts of the users of the community. Thank you very much for everything, my friend 🙏.
Moving on to the main content, today I bring renewed energies, I am going to present you a painting that I have been doing for 60 days ago. Motivated by the activities of the plein air inCasa Blanca, I decided to take my experience to the workshop and do a work with more time than that of an afternoon in the place.
To make this painting, I based myself on several images that I took during all the previous visits. There are many views we have to choose from, but I was struck by this particular image because of the lighting effects that are seen in the water by the sun's rays of the sunset.

Step-by-step creative process from start to finish
The painting is 130x110 cm, oil/canvas.

To make this painting I used:
Brushes and spatulas

Rags to clean
They are the main tools that are used to achieve good performance. While taking into account patience, determination, desires to create and love for the profession. As I always say, what is done with love and for self-satisfaction always looks good.
Initial stains with well-diluted colors
Painting must be seen as a process that is evolving. Until we reach the desired result, or at least the result that we are trying to achieve.
At first everything advances quickly, since the general plans are being worked on to shape the composition and adjust the proportions.
At the moment everything was going well. Particularly the work with the spatulas has always been liked since it gives the painting a spontaneity in the strokes that breaks with the traditional of the brushes.
When you are making a painting of this magnitude and you use abundant loads of pictorial materials, you must wait until the layer of paint is very dry to follow the next layer. If you violate the drying process, you would be undermining the subsequent duration of your work. They could appear Crackle unintentional due to misuse of the technique.

Subtracting very little to finish I want to show you the work palette and some materials.
It is not the case, but I show you this because the artist's palette has been auctioned as soon as the painting is finished. Many collectors find it interesting the mixed colors that are accidentally formed by the daily work during the elaboration of the piece in question.😭😭😭

The paintings are never finished, the artist leaves work at a point where he already feels satisfied.

Hoy quiero empezar mencionando a la comunidad de @alienarthive y al amigo @castleberry que me acogió desde el primer momento. Es amante de la pintura, de las artes visuales en general y una persona muy atenta a cada una de las inquietudes y dudas de los usuarios de la comunidad. Muchas gracias por todo amigo🙏.
Pasando al contenido principal, hoy traigo energías renovadas, les voy a presentar una pintura que he venido realizando desde hace 60 días atrás. Motivado por las actividades del plein air en Casa Blanca, decidí llevar mi experiencia al taller y hacer una obra con mas tiempo que el de una tarde en el lugar.
Para hacer esta pintura, me apoyé en varias imágenes que fui tomando durante todas las visitas anteriores. Son muchas las vistas que tenemos para escoger, pero me llamó la atención esta imagen en particular por los efectos luminosos que se ven en el agua por los rayos solares del atardecer.

Proceso creativo paso a paso desde principio a fin
La pintura tiene 130x110 cm, óleo/lienzo.

Para hacer esta pintura utilicé:
Pinceles y espátulas
Pintura al óleo
Diluyente
Trapos para limpiar
Son las principales herramientas que se utilizan para lograr un buen desempeño. Sin dejar de tener en cuenta la paciencia, la determinación, los deseos de crear y el amor a la profesión. Como siempre digo, lo que se hace con amor y por satisfacción propia siempre queda bien.

La pintura hay que verla como un proceso que va evolucionando. Hasta llegar al resultado deseado, o al menos el resultado que nosotros intentamos realizar.
Al principio todo avanza rápidamente, ya que se van trabajando los planos generales para ir conformando la composición y ajustando las proporciones.
De momento todo iba saliendo bien. Particularmente el trabajo con las espátulas siempre ma ha gustado ya que le aporta a la pintura una espontaneidad en los trazos que rompe con lo tradicional de los pinceles.
Cuando estás haciendo un cuadro de esta magnitud y empleas cargas abundantes de materiales pictóricos, debes esperar a que la capa de pintura esté bien seca para seguir a la siguiente capa. Si violas el proceso de secado estarías atentando con la duración posterior de tu trabajo. Pudieran aparecer craquelados no intencionales por mal empleo de la técnica.
Veamos un detalle
Se pueden apreciar las diferentes texturas.
Restándole muy poco para terminar les quiero mostrar la paleta de trabajo y algunos materiales.
No es el caso, pero les muestro esto porque se ha subastado la paleta del artista apenas termina la pintura. A muchos coleccionistas le resulta interesante los colores mezclados que se forman accidentalmente por el trabajo diario durante la elaboración de la pieza en cuestión.😭😭😭
Para ir terminando pasemos ya a las imágenes finales.
Lad pinturas nunca se terminan, el artista abandona el trabajo en un punto donde ya se siente satisfecho.

Después de tantos días de trabajo ver el resultado de nuestro propio esfuerzo materializado en esta linda pintura hacen que todo ese sacrificio merezca la pena.
