This is my entry for the #monomad
I was about to sweep our compound a few weeks ago when my mum directed my attention to a sleeping kid. It was sleeping peacefully. It looked so cute that it caught my attention.
I gently tiptoed to its side to take nice pictures. In order to do that, I sat on firewood placed beside where the kid was laying.
I dropped the broom and then used my phone to snap the little goat as it kept changing position while enjoying the early morning sleep. After taking a few pictures, some people passed by chattering loudly, which awoke the kid.
So, I took the picture like that as well. I sat there for a few more minutes watching as the kid stretched, moved around looking for what to eat until it heard its mother calling, so it ran off.
