In order to survive, we have to earn money and work. There are some problems in business life. The reason for Google's greatest success is to employ people who fit in at work in the same department. Doing this increases the success rate. When we think about it a little, we realize that this is indeed true. Nasty managers who try to befriend the boss, ignorant managers, managers who say that all success belongs to them can be really annoying. There are also those who are managers because they are the brother of the boss. It's almost impossible to capture them anyway. There are also managers who only write manager on their door. I was sad again when I wrote this. If there are no managers in the workplace, the work will be more systematic, more planned and the success rate will be higher.
