The food below is commonly known as Hor Fun which is a Chinese Dish.
The chef would stir-fry the noodles. The sauce with usually comes with seafood would be poured last onto the noodles.
It is my favourite dish since young.
The plate of Hor Fun that I bought cost about US$3.90.
