Hoy quería hablarles de algo que me paso recientemente les explico hace poco en mi trabajo nos quedamos sin panadero debido a varios problemas que estaban pasando entre el y los jefes y bueno gracias a estas circunstancias fue despedido, y bueno debido a esto me pusieron a trabajar en lo que es limpiezas de áreas verdes lo cual no me agrada, pero tampoco me molestaba, ya que no era muy difícil lo que tenía que hacer.

Aun así extrañaba la panadería porque estaba aprendiendo dicho oficio de hecho había comenzado un curso para pulirme más para poder sacar el mejor provecho pero bueno hay cosas que están fuera de las manos. Hallándome meditando y repasando las recetas en mi cabeza, sinceramente quería por mí mismo hacer pan solo para ver que tanto había progresado y me sentía en capacidad para hacerlo. Por eso decidí tomar la decisión de hablar con uno de mis supervisores le notifiqué que como no se estaba produciendo yo me ofrecía para poner en marcha la panadería con algunas de las recetas que tenía. Debido a esto mi supervisor me dijo que lo iba a consultar con el jefe.

Yo ni sabía solo seguir instrucciones después vi a mi supervisor de lejos y me llama para hablar conmigo y me comenta que quería que yo hiciera pan que habían aprobado que hiciera un kilo de masa para pan francés.

Este era un experimento para ver que tal me desenvolvió, yo lo acepte con gusto porque quería intentarlo, en fin tenía desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 3 de la tarde, en fin me puse manos a la obra, saque mi cuaderno en donde tenía todas mis recetas anotadas y vi cada una de las notas para verificar cada paso de la receta.

Después de eso tuve que estar pendiente un buen rato en frente del horno para ver como iban los panes no quería ni que se quemaran, ni que quedaran crudos, después de unos minutos en el horno los saque cuando estaban dorados y bueno después de eso se les repartió a cada uno de los miembros del personal del trabajo y me alegra comentar que si les gusto mi pan a todos, el único detalle fue que me quedo algo crujiente en pocas me falto sobarlo, pero del resto en sabor y cocimiento estuvo bien y la verdad me alegre bastante porque quería hacer ese experimento desde hace tiempo y por fin lo logre y pronto me pondré a experimentar con otros tipos de pan así qué bueno los dejo que pasen feliz día.
