Week 50 is full of excitement with interesting topics to be discussed. This has just been proven by the success of the first edition and therefore this time we will enter the second edition to start another excitement with the title that has been announced. For this second edition, we will discuss a little about opportunities, which are opportunities that we often miss and come and go. We certainly really hope for opportunities for anything, because with that we get the opportunity to achieve what we want. In this second edition, I will also discuss a little about my opportunities that come and go, some of which I have successfully used and many of them that I have failed to take advantage of, so let's look at my writing below.
Life is a choice, at least that's what the saying goes. This is true because a person has to determine and choose what they need and what they need, because of this this saying also refers to a word, namely Opportunity. Opportunity itself is a golden opportunity that will not come a second time, even though we may rarely find it. Therefore opportunity is something that comes and goes and is something that is rare. People who are successful in both their careers and businesses are of course people who are good at taking advantage of opportunities, this is a fundamental skill for people who want to be successful, with an opportunity we can achieve our goals more easily and faster, of course. Everyone wants an opportunity and always expects it, but few of them can make the most of it, because opportunities will come beyond our expectations and planning, and when they come, we must be ready to take advantage of them.
Big opportunities certainly require sacrifice, and that's for sure. However, for the sake of a rare opportunity, of course we will try our best to achieve it and sometimes for some people, they will prioritize the opportunities that come their way by making various material and labor sacrifices so that they can take advantage of the opportunities that come. However, there are also many people out there who just can't make good use of it for some reason and even the sacrifices they will make are not worth the opportunities they get and they are forced to let these opportunities go to waste.
I've also been in a position where I wasted the opportunities that came my way, and if I remember it was very sad, it felt like a big opportunity was missed. It happened when I wanted to pursue a Cum Laude predicate when I was in college, if I got it then I had the opportunity to go ahead and go back to study to take a master's degree outside the city and now I can work in several companies that really require student qualifications from a master's degree.
But, just because of a little mistake, I failed to get my cum laude predicate and graduated a little longer and also I failed to enter college at the next rank for my master's degree, and now I can only give up the job vacancy that I dreamed of and this really hurts. At that time, Covid-19 was hitting and this affected everything, and I was one of the losers at that time. If Covid-19 had not hit at that time, maybe I would have received a Cum Laude predicate and successfully completed my bachelor's degree, went straight to college for my Master's degree, and now I should have had two degrees and could be accepted at the company I wanted.

But if you ask how many opportunities I get and take advantage of, I also can't say because there are many opportunities that I have to give up due to consideration of several factors, such as cost, time, and also effort. But I'm grateful, at my young age, I managed to finish at least my bachelor's degree, where there are many people out there who haven't even had the chance to get that degree. It's not easy to get a bachelor's degree, in addition to the long time, we are also required to study intensely. In this way, it will be very difficult for us to do it when we are old and it is when we are young that we can deal with it even though when we see it now it will be impossible to do it a second time. If at that time I didn't care about education, of course I would have been left behind where many of my friends already have degrees now, but thankfully I am now on the same level as them and I at least have the standard qualifications to apply for several jobs.
