COOKING INSTANT NOODLES WITH SCRAMBLED EGG AND SAUSAGE AS MY FIRST POST IN FOODIES BEE HIVE
Hello Foodies, how are you today ?, i hope everyone is good and enjoy this Day.
Hello Foodie, this time I will make my first post in this community. I've looked through some of the members' posts in this community and they're all really good, especially since it's one of the biggest communities on Hive. I hope I can make a quality post here.
For my first post, I want to make Instant Noodles which I made and mixed with some additional ingredients. Today for some reason suddenly I want to eat Instant Noodles and I create it with my taste, actually I often just cook it, but this time I made it a little different. Let's take a good look.
Making creations with Instant Noodles is actually an easy job, and there are many creations that use Instant Noodles as the main ingredient. Therefore, here I will also make it with my own creation.
Before that I will describe the tools and materials that I will use.
Ingredients
Ingredients
- Instant Noodle (Opsional, but today i use Gravy Instant Noodle)
- Chili (You can use every kind of Chili, depend your appetite)
- Onion (I'd like to use Onion and Garlic)
- Egg
- Sausage (You can use every kind of Sausage, try the long one so you can cut it into small pieces)
- Oil for Stir fry (You can use Olive Oil if you want)
- Multipurpose Pan
Cooking Steps
Cooking Steps
Step to make Scrambled Egg
Before cooking the Instant Noodles, I first made the Scrambled Egg because in this process I will be thinning it a little and to add the ingredients I have to do it gradually.
Before frying, I prepare the ingredients to be stir-fried. Here I only use a few ingredients, namely Shallots, Garlic, and some Red Chili. I use red chili here because this type of chili is not too spicy and still gives a savory taste to my cooking.
I'm not very good at chopping, so just roughly chop all the ingredients. The purpose is just to bring out the flavors from the ingredients while I'm sauteing.
When it's finished chopping, I then prepare the oil for frying. Here I only use ordinary cooking oil, for those of you who want to use vegetable oil or Olive oil to make it healthier, it is highly recommended. The use of oil in this process is only for sauteing the ingredients that have been chopped earlier.
Here I use two eggs, because I think the portion I will make is a little more. If I use more eggs, I'm afraid it will be too much and not worth the portion of noodles.
I suggest that you use chicken eggs for a more delicious taste, and when after being stir-fried, chicken eggs will not lose their taste and still have a delicious taste even though they have been mixed with other ingredients.
This frying process I do aims to remove a little fishy smell in the eggs and make the texture of the eggs a little denser. If I mix the eggs while I cook the noodles, the texture of the eggs is very soft and still a little fishy. And I happen to not like eating eggs in their mushy form, so sautéing them is the only way.
You can try it if you like it.
This is the result, looks very appetizing right ..?
I continue to saute it for a few minutes so that the texture is very dry.
After frying it, I added a few milliliters of water to the stir fry earlier. I will cook the Instant Noodles into the ingredients that were stir-fried earlier, my goal is to mix the ingredients I stirred with the water and it will add flavor to the instant noodles which I will cook in it later.
Step to Boiled the Instant Noodle
For the Instant Noodle itself, I used 3 Instant Noodles because I will be eating it with my younger brother, I will make the portion a little more. I used 2 same instant noodles and 1 different one.
I chose all Instant Noodles that have Soto Flavor, which is the most popular Instant Noodle flavor in Indonesia.
My reason in distinguishing the other one is to make it taste better. The different one of Instant Noodle in my menu have additional seasonings that are not present in the other two noodles, I think the additional seasoning is enough for these three noodles, if most of them will taste very salty. I often do this trick when cooking large portions of noodles.
The next step is to boil the Instant Noodles in the previous egg and seasoning stir and wait for it to boil. After boiling, I added the seasoning from the Instant Noodle and cooked it as usual. During the cooking process, the noodle stew emits smoke and a fragrant aroma that arouses my taste buds.
While boiling, I prepare the Sausage. Actually this is a ready-to-eat sausage that is widely sold near my house, the texture is softer than usual sausage, that's why I put it last when the noodles are almost cooked because if I boil the sausage too long, it will crumble because of the heat. I also chopped it into small pieces and I sprinkled it on top of the noodle stew.
And Voilá...
This is the result, looks very delicious and appetizing. I continued to cook it to make it a little drier and in just a few minutes, the noodles were ready to serve.
I enjoy it with hot white rice and it is a delicious combination of food and the one that most people in Indonesia like. The noodles are not too wet, full of spices and go very well with a plate of rice.
And Bon appétit...
That's the process of cooking Noodles with Scrambled Egg and Sausage as my first post in the Foodies Bee Hive community. Hope you like it and see you in the next post.
