Hi All! This is my first #sepiasaturday at Hive!
I'm showing more photos of my recent visit to Little Gunpowder Falls in Harford County, Maryland.
Gunpowder Falls State Park consists of 15,000 non-contiguous acres in both Baltimore County and Harford County, Maryland. There are many trail points to access parts of the park. This was the first time I entered at this point but I'll be going back as I didn't really get to walk very far on the trail due mostly to a time constraint. I did, previously, walk more of the trail across the water which is on the Baltimore County side.
This is one of several large trees that had come down near the lower and shorter trail. Another reason that I didn't try the upper and longer trail was that there was another tree that partially fell and was hanging over that trail. I think it would have been okay to walk under it but it will be interesting to see if it is still hanging or fallen when I make a return visit.
I did find a few signs of Spring on my visit. I'm sure there are even more by now.
Gunpowder Falls State Park does have a lot of trails both by the water and not by water. I've been on several but not all of them yet. I do hope to visit some of the areas that I haven't been to yet along with some other parks.
Hopefully, this "pandemic" stuff will be over soon and we can get back to a more normal life...or normal enough in my case...lol. π
Thank you @old-guy-photos for #sepiasaturday!!
