Poetry of the "The Muted Waltz" inspired by overcoming trauma:

Seeing the joy sparkle like stars reflected on the sea,
Chains holding my speech,
Some looking down on what had not been,
Roses falling down, painting the ocean red,

Looking ahead,
Tornado of blue hope embraced,
slowly breaking the chains which held me in place,
Remembering the starting day,
burning the chains away, gaze upon with searing flame.

Open to move, open to speak, the waltz began long before.
Where is the plea of past curiosity,
dancing the waltz of the muted mystery.
