I laughed so hard writing this one ... every nine-year-old I have ever loved has bequeathed me so many memories of conversations ... but that bit about Milton saying, “It's like the Lord is just letting anything happen to you so you get right" is one particular nine-year-old who is now 17 and still ahead of himself in mature thinking!
