‎No one has it all figured out. You might keep repeating the same cycle if you are too reliant on external factors as criteria to succeed.

‎Once you make a decision, you can act with little or no help, depending on what you need help with.
‎Most of the time, it's not really about help, you just want to be pitied, you want empathy, you just want someone who'll see you, applaud you, or pat your back. You just want someone to be there; some call it accountability partner... you're just not ready to be alone or start alone, and that's fine.

‎ But, the point I'm trying to put across is, getting to a level where you create a balance; you can be dependent, but also rule in your ability to be independent, especially when you can't find any motivation except you.
‎And, help will mostly come when you've at least birthed something.

‎Reliant on external factors can mean seeking validation from people. You can't
‎pull through something without asking people how they feel about it, and if they tell you it's not okay, you back off and start feeling bad.

‎You start something and it doesn't go as successful as you expected, you begin to doubt yourself, you start feeling like a failure, you start saying negative things "maybe I'm not good enough", "maybe I wouldn't have started." you start feeling like every other person is better but you.

‎Giving up too easily on yourself and the things you're trying to build. One bad day, and you stop showing up for the rest of the month.

‎You practice people pleasing. Always too worried about what people will say, too careful not to offend people or do things that will make them dislike you.
‎You need to understand that not everyone will like you or the kind of life your building for yourself. So, if you want to wait until everyone is done talking, you will waste your entire life in waiting, and that time when people stop talking will never come. Let naysayers talk, focus on your life. Keep pushing, keep showing up.

A lot will change when you stop:

‎Saying yes to everything.
‎‎Being agreeable with everyone even on things you should disagree.
‎‎Allowing disrespect.

A‎nd a lot will change when you start:
‎Believing in yourself
Feeling worthy
‎‎Showing up with little or no motivations and validations.

‎Thanks for reading. Do have a beautiful week ahead.🧡
