Hello hive learners community and my fellow aspiring chef’s on hive🤗!

Its another creative and beautiful sunday, I’m glad to be able to be a part of this creative Sunday initiative and for this sunday, I made something so simple and yet so delicious, I made fried noodles and fried plantains for my nieces and my self this morning, so lets dive right into how I made it!

INGREDIENTS

• Indomie noodles
• Eggs
• Ripe plantains
• Fresh peppers
• fresh tomato
• Onions
• Hot dogs
• vegetable oil

(Hot dogs)

(Fresh tomato/pepper/noodles)

First step

The first thing I did was to get my ingredients ready, I washed the fresh tomatoes and fresh peppers and the onions, and then I began to slice them one after the other, after slicing them I set them aside.

Step two

I took a clean pot and boiled water, while the water was on the fire, I opened my indomie noodles pack and put them in a clean bowl, while the water ready for use… I turned it into the bowl of raw noodles and covered it up to make it a little bit soft.

Step three

I took out two sticks of hot dogs, then I sliced them, I broke the eggs and beat them up a little, after that I filtered the water from the noodles and set aside.

step four

I put my clean non stick frypan on medium heat, I added a little amount of vegetable and allowed it to get hot, then I put the sliced tomatoes, peppers and onions into the pan and fried it for some minutes, after that I added the hot dogs and eggs and also allowed it to fry for some minutes the last I added my noodles to the mixture and also added the noodles seasoning powder and fried it a while.

Fried plantain Recipe

I washed the plantain to remove dirt, then I peeled of the plantain cover, after that I sliced them and fried to a colour of golden brown on a high heat vegetable oil.
