When we’re happy, we smile and sometimes laugh.
It works the other way around, when we smile or laugh, we become happier.
Our emotion leads to our movement.
The counterintuitive truth is this — our movement leads to our emotion too.
Our movement is the magnifier and amplifier of our emotion, but it is also a diminishing tool of your emotion.
So, the next time when you find yourself feeling pumped and excited, laugh out loud and dance like crazy. And the next time when you find yourself dwelling on the negative emotions, say Cheese.
We can’t control our emotions, but we can manage it by controlling our movement.
