Try it out. If this is not for you, you can have your breakfast back anytime.
This works for me. I’m practicing intermittent fasting for over two years at this time of writing.
By skipping breakfast, the first meal of my typical day will be at around 12 PM, and the last meal at 7:30 PM, with some light snack — nuts or green juice — in between.
Here are some benefits of practicing intermittent fasting:
For me, I did experience a small amount of fat loss and strength improvement.
Besides, it does make my day simpler since I only have two to three meals a day, far better compared to the time when I was preparing 6 meals for a day.
In the case of living longer, it takes some time for me to figure it out.
Sidenotes: Here is a YouTube video to give you a little perspective on my eating schedule and pattern. Besides, I wrote a roughly 5,000-word article as a guide for anyone who wants to practice this diet.
I write longer articles about strategic thinking and performance improvement on DeanYeong.com. You can download my book about hacking your habits here.
