Well then, here I am, hanging out my gross old wares for all to see. I hope this will hold off anyone interested in what it is that I'm doing here, going off format as I work on the next piece which is a bit of Magic: The Gathering fan art.
When I was looking through all my stuff, some of it too atrocious to have it out (the shame), I noticed the ubiquity of the absence of scenic or landscape features (see what I did there, I made a negation actual... the power of language, folks!)
At the time I chalked it up to a choice to do portraits exclusively but it was more a purposeful laxness...
Another thing I noticed is how I'm all over the place with my choices which show up in my final renders (probably owing to the "many interests", but really lack of focus, I have) and it bugs me because it makes me feel like I might change it all, troubling because I've found my niches.
But, hey, these are over a year old so it shouldn't bother me perhaps.
