I haven't entered one of these in ages!!
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted by 
I took a trip to the local natural history museum and gained access to the butterfly garden!!! I was able to capture this beauty!
Canon M50 Mark ii ● Iso 1000 (I know it's high) ● 45mm ● f6.3 ● 1/500 (<- that was my issue because I had to snap quick due to them moving so fast)
I have several wonderful images from this place that maybe I'll post separately as this is the only monochrome one I edited this way for publication.
However, if you're ever in Gainesville, FL USA I do highly recommend checking out the natural history museum as they have an entire butterfly section plus much more!!!
