Descubrí esta pasión por la cocina desde los 9 años, pero a los 12 años la puse en práctica, esto se lo debo a 2 personas especiales, a mi abuela y mi madre, a mi abuela porque la admiraba mucho cuando cocinaba, con ella aprendí a cocinar por observación, me encantaban sus comidas y siempre la veía cocinar para aprender de ella, mi madre fue quien me inició en la práctica, ya que ella trabajaba y llegaba muy tarde; y yo tenía que cocinar para mis hermanos. Recuerdo que lo primero que hice fue un pollo guisado, mi mamá me dio las instrucciones de cómo prepararlo y desde que preparé ese plato y vi que a mis hermanos les gustó, me sentí la mejor cocinera del mundo. Cocinar me entretiene, me da placer, me motiva y me ayuda a estar relajada, cuando elijo la receta del plato que quiero preparar me da una sensación de comodidad, me gusta innovar los platos porque disfruto probando cosas nuevas y esto me llena de gran satisfacción por eso la cocina es una de mis pasiones.

Como ustedes saben, la lectura es importante en el ser humano, nos ayuda en la vida y nos favorece en nuestro futuro. Les cuento que descubrí mi pasión por la lectura cuando estaba en la secundaria, tenía 14 años, una vez la maestra nos mandó a leer el libro "El Principito" y me encantó, desde ahí descubrí que leer un libro despertaba muchas emociones en mí. Desde entonces empecé a leer libros que estaban de moda, aunque en esa época se los pedía prestados a mis amigos, así leí "Pregúntale a Alicia" un libro que hace referencia a un diario de una joven drogadicta, luego vinieron otros libros como 4 Crímenes y 4 Poderes, este es un libro muy grueso que habla de 4 crímenes ocurridos en mi país, Sara T una historia de una joven alcohólica, entre otros.
Gracias a estos libros me aficioné mucho a la lectura y a través de ellos descubrí un mundo diferente que me hizo sumergirme en un mundo de imaginación, otra cosa de leer libros es que disfruto de los personajes y siempre pienso que yo soy la protagonista (risas), leer me ayuda a relajarme y a tener una conexión conmigo misma. Los libros son mis mejores compañeros, ya que me acompañan a donde vaya y otra cosa que quiero destacar es que hoy en día busco libros de crecimiento personal, que me ayuden a encontrar consuelo y buenos consejos, por eso la lectura es una de mis grandes pasiones.
