Hola amigos. Esta semana en encuentros de talentos, nuestra amiga @angelica7 nos invita a hablar de un tema un poco difícil, se trata de El poder de una comunidad porque formar parte de una comunidad no siempre es fácil, ni nada bonito, pero es importante pertenecer a alguna de ellas, porque a través de ella podemos desarrollar un sentido de pertenencia.

This week in talent encounters, our friend @angelica7 invites us to talk about a somewhat difficult topic, it's about The power of a community because being part of a community is not always easy, nor anything nice, but it is important to belong to one of them, because through it we can develop a sense of belonging.

Nacimos para vivir en comunidad, por eso nos llamamos seres sociales. Sin embargo, cada uno tenemos diferentes personalidades, gustos, formas de pensar, costumbres, tradiciones, entre otras cosas. Por ello, pertenecer a una comunidad es fundamental para nuestro bienestar emocional, ya que involucrarnos en ella es necesario para construir un mundo mejor. Como seres humanos. Compartir experiencias similares nos ayuda a sentirnos apoyados emocionalmente y así mantener una buena salud mental.

We were born to live in community, which is why we call ourselves social beings. However, we each have different personalities, tastes, ways of thinking, customs, traditions, among other things. Therefore, belonging to a community is fundamental for our emotional wellbeing, since getting involved in it is necessary to build a better world. As human beings. Sharing similar experiences helps us to feel emotionally supported and thus maintain good mental health.

Todos tenemos la necesidad de formar parte de una comunidad porque nos ayuda a compartir con otras personas, nuestras reglas, normas, creencias, objetivos e intereses y así generamos un sentido de permanencia. Además, a través de ella podemos aprender cosas nuevas, idiomas, ser tolerantes, desarrollar habilidades y crecer tanto personal como profesionalmente.

We all have the need to be part of a community because it helps us to share with other people our rules, norms, beliefs, objectives and interests and thus generate a sense of permanence. In addition, through it we can learn new things, languages, be tolerant, develop skills and grow both personally and professionally.

Las comunidades son el lugar donde se reflejan los valores y las identidades, por lo que es necesario pertenecer a una de ellas porque se centra en mantener un estilo de vida más amigable y por ello busca hábitos, servicios y objetivos alternativos que son importantes. Por lo tanto, pertenecer a una comunidad es sentir que perteneces a algo, es conectarte con los valores porque nos permite estar en una conexión emocional, porque dentro de ella compartimos historias, lugares en común y una cosa es que pases tiempo juntos y compartir experiencias similares.

Communities are the place where values and identities are reflected, so it is necessary to belong to one of them because it focuses on maintaining a friendlier lifestyle and therefore seeks alternative habits, services and goals that are important. Therefore, belonging to a community is to feel that you belong to something, it is to connect you with values because it allows us to be in an emotional connection, because within it we share stories, places in common and one thing is that you spend time together and share similar experiences.

Puedo decirles que nuestra familia es nuestra primera comunidad porque desde que nacemos queremos estar en ella por el amor que nos une. Es aquí donde aprendemos a adquirir hábitos de ternura, generosidad y compartir, es donde nos sentimos protegidos, donde aprendemos a cuidar, a reír, a recrearnos, a trabajar, a agradecer, a valorar y a satisfacer nuestras necesidades básicas. Todo esto hace que nuestros lazos de amor y unión se fortalezcan. Por lo tanto, pertenecer a esta gran comunidad familiar nos llena de amor y unión.

I can tell you that our family is our first community because since we are born we want to be in it because of the love that unites us. It is here where we learn to acquire habits of tenderness, generosity and sharing, it is where we feel protected, where we learn to care, to laugh, to recreate, to work, to be grateful, to value and to satisfy our basic needs. All this makes our bonds of love and union grow stronger. Therefore, belonging to this great family community fills us with love and union.

Otra comunidad a la que tengo sentido de pertenencia es la comunidad @hivesucre, porque desde el principio sentí el calor de la gente que compartimos aquí en esta comunidad e inmediatamente pensé que íbamos a hacer buenos amigos. Aunque muchos tenemos ideales diferentes, pero siempre hay algo que podemos compartir y eso hace que tengamos puntos en común o afinidades en algunas cosas. Esta comunidad me ha permitido establecer contactos y mantenerme activa. Por lo tanto, esta comunidad se ha convertido en uno de mis lugares favoritos porque me permite conectar rápidamente con usuarios que comparten los mismos intereses, opiniones y experiencias sobre temas específicos. Cada encuentro con ellos me ha ayudado a crecer como persona y a sentirme como en familia.

Another community that I feel a sense of belonging to is the @hivesucre community, because from the beginning I felt the warmth of the people that we share here in this community and I immediately thought that we were going to make good friends. Although many of us have different ideals, but there is always something we can share and that makes us have common ground or affinities in some things. This community has allowed me to network and stay active. Therefore, this community has become one of my favorite places because it allows me to quickly connect with users who share the same interests, opinions and experiences on specific topics. Each encounter with them has helped me grow as a person and feel like a family.

Por eso sentirse parte de algo es maravilloso, porque cada una de ellas nos aporta una experiencia satisfactoria y pertenecer a una comunidad nos enriquece como personas.

That is why feeling part of something is wonderful because each one of them gives us a satisfying experience and belonging to a community enriches us as people.
