Hello, friends of this wonderful community! Today I'm sharing a unique and nutritious chicken recipe that's perfect for enjoying with the family. Plus, it doesn't take long to prepare, as you only need to spend a little extra time getting the ingredients ready, because then the oven does the rest. It's baked chicken with vegetables and celery. I can tell you that it's delicious and, most importantly, the whole family will love it.
1 pollo
3 papas
1 zanahoria
1 berenjena
judías verdes
Tallos de celery
1 tallo de cebollín
1 cebolla
1 pimentón
1 tomate
aceite
Mostaza
sal
1 chicken
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1 eggplant
Green beans
Celery stalks
1 stalk of green onion
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
Oil
Mustard
Salt
_ Lo primero que hacemos es cortar el pollo en presas.
- The first thing we do is cut the chicken into pieces.
- Then season the chicken with salt and mustard.
- Now take a tray, grease it with oil, and place the chicken on it.
- Then add the onion, bell pepper (previously washed and diced), and celery stalks.
- Then add the carrot, green beans cut into cubes, and potatoes cut into larger pieces.
- Cut the eggplant into cubes and soak them in salted water for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness, then add them to the chicken. Slice the tomato and place the slices on top.
- Once all the ingredients are in place, put the chicken in the oven for 1 hour.
- Once the time is up, remove it from the oven and it's ready to serve.
- Once the final dish is ready, serve the chicken with rice and pieces of boiled plantain. It can also be served with pasta, hallaquitas, and bread. However you like.
