Sentadilla Péndulo (Pendulum Squat): Mi ejercicio estrella.

Hello everyone in the community!
Today I want to share the exact glute workout routine that has delivered the best results in my fitness journey. After trying different methods, I realized that real growth and shape come from heavy compound lifts, progressive overload, and high mechanical tension—not endless low-weight reps.
My main focus is on intensity and paused repetitions at the point of maximum tension. Here is the core breakdown of my workout:
Pendulum Squats: My ultimate favorite. I focus on a deep range of motion with paused reps at the bottom to maximize glute activation.
Sumo Deadlifts: Essential for the posterior chain. I lift heavy while maintaining solid form, driving with the hips on every rep.
Hack Squats / Leg Press: I rotate these to keep constant tension on the glutes and legs without putting excess strain on the lower back.
My tip: Don't be afraid to lift heavy. The key isn't speed, but feeling the mind-muscle connection on every single rep and staying consistent week after week.
