Hello to all my Hive friends... 🐱

I was thinking about creating simple things that you can use to decorate various items, such as bags and boxes, or as keychains or pendants—basically, you can use them however you like.

That’s why today I’m sharing some decorative grapes made using the quilling technique.

In future posts, I’ll try to continue this series with some other simple fruits.

Estaba pensando en crear cosas sencillas para que puedan utilizar para decorar diversas cosas, como bolsas, cajas, utilizar de llavero, colgante, en fin le pueden dar el uso que deseen.

Por esto para hoy les traigo unas uvas decorativas realizadas en la técnica de quilling.

En venideros post trataré de seguir la secuencia, con algunas otras frutas sencillas.

Esperando que sea de su agrado, les dejo mi proceso creativo:

Comencemos:😃

• Cintas para quilling.
• Aguja para quilling.
• Plantilla para moldear círculos.
• Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería).
• Pincel.
• Tijera.

• Quilling paper strips.
• Quilling needle.
• Circle-cutting template.
• Extra-strong white glue (carpenter's glue).
• Paintbrush.
• Scissors.

• Let’s start by taking some purple quilling paper. Using the needle, roll up the entire strip until you reach the end, secure it with extra-strong white glue, and remove it from the needle to form a small closed circle. You’ll need 10 identical circles.

• Shape the circles using a 5-mm template. Apply extra-strong white glue to the inside of each circle to prevent them from losing their shape. Let them dry thoroughly before continuing.

• Next, join the circles together to form our grapes. The first row will have four circles, the second three, the third two, and finally, place the remaining circle.

• Vamos a comenzar tomando cinta para quilling, de color morado con la aguja vamos a enrollar toda la cinta hasta llegar al final de la misma sellamos con pega blanca extra fuerte y sacamos de la aguja, para obtener un pequeño círculo cerrado. Necesitaremos 10 círculos iguales.

• Moldearemos los círculos en una plantilla en la medida número 5 mm, aplicaremos pega blanca extra fuerte en su parte interna para evitar que los mismos se deformen. Dejamos secar muy bien Para seguir trabajando.

• Procedemos a unir los círculos para formar nuestras uvas, la primera línea será de cuatro círculos, la segunda de tres, la tercera de dos, por último colocaremos el círculo restante.

• Let’s make the leaves for our bunch of grapes. We’ll use 3 mm wide green ribbon. Wrap it around the needle until you reach the end, remove it from the needle, loosen it slightly, and secure it with extra-strong white glue to form an open circle. We’ll need three identical circles.

• Next, we’ll shape our leaves as shown in the image.

• Take three pieces of ribbon in the same shade of green and shape them slightly.

• Finally, glue the three leaves to the top of the bunch, and attach the three shaped pieces of ribbon
to various points on the leaves.

This completes these simple decorative grapes, made using the quilling technique.

• Vamos a realizar las hojas de nuestro racimo de uvas, tomaremos cinta de color verde de 3 mm de ancho, enrollaremos con la aguja hasta llegar al final de la misma, sacamos de la aguja soltamos un poco y sellamos con pega blanca extra fuerte, para obtener un círculo abierto, necesitaremos tres círculos iguales.

• Luego procedemos a moldear nuestras hojas tal y como pueden ver en la imagen.

• Tomaremos tres trozos de cinta del mismo color verde, y las moldearemos un poco.

• Para finalizar pegaremos en la parte de arriba de nuestro racimo, las tres hojas, colocaremos los tres trozos de cinta que moldeamos
en algunos puntos de las hojas.
