Here in the UK, we are enjoying really mild weather. This is of course due to the jet stream, a really strong high altitude, wind that bathes us in warm air. But of course there is a downside. The air carries a lot of moisture too, which is dumped on us in ever increasing amounts. 馃槀
Today was a brief window in between these weather systems. So I took off on a ride into Tilgate Park.
As I cycled around this park I noticed something rather odd! This reminded me of something last winter.
Rhododendrons blooming in December! 馃憖.
Not only that but some spring buds looking like they are about to burst open anytime soon!
I remember last year spotting daffodils blooming in December. This is just a sign of the times.
All the usual fine weather activities look so abandoned. It wont be long before they are bustling with business.
