Goffs Tree trail : My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2025
The morning walk for today was taken in Goffs Park on this windy but dry day. The temperature was a comfortable 15 degrees.
Many of our town parks have tree trails, and Goffs Park is one of them. The main picture shows an example of this.
Conditions are still good, but there are signs that the rain has made some areas a little soft when walking on the grass!
There are some fitness apparatus here in the park, but I'm not surprised to find nobody using it on a Monday morning! 馃槅
I was surprised that there were not more people in the park this morning. I would usually see more walking their dogs or runners, but I can only remember one person with their pet.
This is a nice place to take a short walk. I'll be back here again very soon!
