There was a delightful sight out on the lake today. A pair of swans with their last remaining cygnet. I'm not sure how many cygnets were hatched, but it looked a bit forlorn on its own.
The heatwave continues to get hotter, reaching about 30°C today. The sky was overcast until about midday, but when the sky cleared, it became very hot indeed in the unbroken sunshine.
