Our morning was busy with a short shopping trip then onto my daughter's for a short spell with our grandson. It was in the late afternoon that I was able to embark on a walk around local Buchan Country Park.
It was a 4.5 mile walk. This time avoiding the lake area. I went around the perimeter which was very pleasant in the sunshine.
The council have been carrying out some wood coppicing in this park, I took a few pictures of this a it is very important conservation work.
This park is a very popular area for the local town with picnic area's and a shop too.
