IN ENGLISH

I think that reflect and meditate are words that, in a sense, seemed reserved for people who practically lived in social parallels. That is, together but not mixed.

The reflections seemed to be reserved for the field of philosophy, theology, etc., and the meditations for certain ancestral cultures, especially from the Middle East to there, where states are supposedly reached beyond the conscious world and one comes into contact with a divinity that inhabits the inner chambers of each person.

Philosophy, for its part, since its birth, has tried to find answers to the enigma of existence and the analysis of the social and natural phenomena from logic and other research and measurement tools.

But I also believe that in this era, the issue has been demystified little by little and in that task, the very extroverted and already necessary Internet has been of first order importance. Before the pre-Internet era, the concept of globalization was used, almost assuming that with global knowledge of some issues one was at the peak of the phenomenon.

But I tell you that, although this new paradigm is still developing (logically), it is what has truly contributed to true globalization in every sense, not just in this or that other. Everything

It is only now that we are encountering (of course, knowing how to discern) the immense historical legacy that humanity left in different ways for everyone, and that only very few, for different reasons, could enjoy and use to their interest in each era.

Before the Internet, you had to casually stumble across some text - sometimes demonized - and decode in your own way the hidden truths that were in direct contradiction with experiences and the culture from which we were trying to decode.

I think that until recently, as a result of that mystical and occult veil that covered everything, people only took on the task of thinking hastily about their personal and collective reality to find solutions or alternatives to their needs, because to meditate we are only now finding out what it is about.

The internet is like a paparazzi that has sneaked in everywhere and has revealed to us very vital issues for these times where Chaos seems to have the reins of humanity. And there is no need to enumerate why.

Landing in the island environment called Cuba, the great crisis that we are navigating in every sense is undeniable. I'm not saying what we are going through, because that would be positive and it would be like talking about the famous light at the end of the tunnel. But this boat seems to have no engine, and the navigation is under sail, at the mercy of the wind and with broken oars.

In recent years, the crisis has not even made a small plateau for rest or as hope that it will remain there and can be overcome. Chaos in the form of an ascending spiral. An inverted tail of nine.

So, it is easy to see the effects in everyday life. In all the nooks and crannies of everyday life.

A few days ago, someone sent me a small fragment on WhatsApp about how things were going in one of the groups with which they interact on a daily basis. It is felt that people, even those who are not extremely affected by the crisis, are on the verge of helplessness, on the verge of failing in the attempt to continue the battle within the whirlwind, especially economic, for which there seems to be no scale of measurement.

In one of these comments, a person confesses to another that, despite having the spiritual tools, his body and age are already not enough to reach the other shore of his existence.

And I I breathed a little easier and worried less about her, because I recognized that, at least, she has tools (meditates, looks for changes in frequency) and, by being aware, she knows that the question is not about accumulating knowledge, but rather using it as instruments to achieve, from the subtle (within), to overcome what is >reflected in the dense (outside).

And the million-dollar question!

And those who have never come across one of those books? topics, or are they on the Internet on other issues, or do they not listen to those who have come across this knowledge of self-help and growth?

Umm!

Well, they say that he who looks through the eyes of a blind man gets his vision clouded, and I want to protect my vision.

Of course, I know that there are many more spiritual and not so spiritual handholds of undeniable effectiveness, and furthermore, from all of them you look at the same place, and from there you look at everyone sides.

Thank you for joining me.
