ENGLISH VERSIÓN
Good morning to everyone in the community.
Today is a different day in my life as a cartoonist, as I have received an unusual assignment. My youngest niece entered my study with something in her hand that she carried across her back.
As soon as he looked out the door, he told me with great authority: "You have to draw me a drawing for my room." And while he was saying that, he showed me a toy in his right hand.
But the question didn't end there. "I want to see how you do it," he told me.
Umm! Yeah, this is something else, I told him. Well, everyone in the family knows that I am very intimate when it comes to working; I almost always do it behind closed doors, in complete solitude.
But this time I understood that resistance was not going to work for me, because in his little face I read his determination, and I just told him: "Ok, I'll draw it for you later." But he told me: "No, now to take it home."
To get out of the situation and continue doing my thing and at my own pace, I made a quick sketch of the stuffed animal and in a couple of minutes I put in her little hands what she surely considers a great work of art. haha
And that is how this drawing of one of my granddaughter's favorite stuffed animals was born, for which I only used a blue ink pen and a sheet of white letter paper.

PEOCESO CREATIVO PASO A PASO
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
Buenos días a todos en la comunidad.
Hoy es un día diferente en mi vida como dibujante, pues he recibido un encargo inusual. Mi sobrina menor entró en mi estudio con algo en la mano que traía cruzado a su espaldita.
Nada más asomarse a la puerta, me dijo con mucha autoridad: "Tienes que hacerme un dibujo para mi cuarto." Y mientras eso decía, en su manecita derecha me mostraba un juguete.
Ya
Pero la cuestión no terminaba ahí. "Quiero ver cómo lohaces," me dijo.
Umm! Ya, esto es otra cosa, le dije. Pues, de todos en la familia, es conocido que soy muy intimista a la hora de trabajar; casi siempre lo hago a puerta cerrada, en completa soledad.
Más esta vez comprendí que la resistencia no me iba a funcionar, pues en su carita leí su determinación, y solo le dije: "Ok, después te lo dibujo". Pero me dijo: "No, ahora para llevármelo a la casa".
Para salirme de la situacion y seguir en lo mio y a mi ritmo, hice rapido bosquejo del peluche y en un par de mnutis puse en sus mais lo que ella segu4o considera una gran obra de arte.jjjaa
Y así fue como nació este dibujo de uno de los peluches preferidos de mi nieta, para el que solo empleé un bolígrafo de tinta azul y una hoja de papel blanco tipo carta.
