Hay películas que se han estrenado y presentan una historia que uno como persona puede llegar a sentirse identificado por el mismo hecho de estar pasando algo así, de ser una etapa de la vida que nos marcó, por eso estas películas desde que inicia hasta que termina son de gran inspiración. Por eso hace un tiempo se estrenó Sorry We Missed You, la cual presenta la historia de un hombre que decide trabajar como repartidor, ese tipo de personas que tiene que salir adelante, llevar una familia y a la vez poder tener una economía estable que como persona se sienta bien, por lo tanto, será una aventura de motivación, un llamado a la acción y qué lujos o una mejor vida necesita de sacrificio y tiempo.

You can really see how demanding it all is—exhausting schedules, pressure, and not enough time to spend with family. These are stages of life where, without good organization, everything can fall apart, and even more problems can arise. That leads us to ask: What happens when working more starts to take away the very life you’re trying to improve?

The characters also do a great job here, as Ricky leads a very hectic life, with situations to manage and expenses to cover, but by his side is his wife, who faces similar challenges—yet there’s that connection, that support, and the hope that everything will work out someday. Furthermore, the presence of their teenage children comes into play, which also makes the film work and feel increasingly personal, as it shows that financial problems ultimately affect relationships among family members as well—and when one thing starts to fall apart, everything can come crashing down.

Esta es una película muy sencilla y seguramente muchas familias estaba pasando por una situación como esa y que salen para dar lo mejor día tras día, la cual también puede ser algo frustrante y es que trabajar más no significa que la vida mejore. Puesto que se puede notar cómo está presente la exigencia, horarios agotadores, presión y el tiempo es corto para estar en familia y por eso son etapas de la vida que si no se cuenta con una buena organización todo se dañará, e incluso podrán aparecer más factores y eso nos lleva preguntarnos ¿qué pasa cuando trabajar más empieza a quitarte precisamente esa vida que quieres mejorar?

Aquí también hacen un gran trabajo los personajes, ya que el hombre Ricky tiene una vida muy movida, situaciones y gastos que cubrir, pero a su lado está su esposa quien también, pero existe esa conexión, apoyo y el sueño que todo saldrá bien algún día. Además, también entra en juego la presencia de sus hijos que están en la etapa de la adolescencia y eso también hace que la película funcione y sea cada vez más personal, ya que muestra que los problemas económicos terminan afectando también las relaciones entre los miembros de la familia, siendo algo en lo que empieza a fallar algo todo puede llegar a derrumbarse.

Esta es una película donde busca resaltar que es uno libre de hacer lo que uno quiera y hacer tu propio jefe, pero no será nada fácil y solo los más fuertes lo logran conseguir. Por eso al final lo que resalta es que un padre de familia siempre quiere darle una vida mejor a su familia y hará todo lo que sea, donde cada segundo que avanza se hacen presente mensaje como del tiempo, de la familia y de lo difícil que puede ser encontrar un equilibrio entre ganar dinero y realmente vivir, pero perfectamente para hacer ese llamado a muchas personas.
