Luego de ser separado de sus padres y reclutado por el ejército de su país, tendrá que unirse a un batallón para ir a la guerra que se está desarrollando a unos kilómetros de donde él vive. Este joven tendrá que ser muy valiente y soportar todas las condiciones y desafíos a los cuales deberá enfrentarse para lograr sobrevivir, pasara muchos días en guerra. Su mayor deseo era poder regresar a casa sano y salvo y estar de nuevo con su familia.
After being separated from his parents and recruited by the army of his country, he will have to join a battalion to go to the war that is taking place a few miles away from where he lives. This young man will have to be very brave and endure all the conditions and challenges he will have to face in order to survive, he will spend many days at war. His greatest wish was to be able to return home safe and sound and be with his family again.
El día siguiente de ser reclutados, Sebastián y todos esos jóvenes estaban muy tristes, deprimidos y con el corazón roto, ya que se alejarían de sus hogares sin saber si iban a regresar. Fueron montados un camión del ejército, sin saber nada y amarrados como prisioneros, donde recorrieron y atravesaron muchos caminos llenos de obstáculos y puestos del ejército, para así llegar a la base militar donde estaban refugiados todos los soldados para ser entrenados, prepararlos para enfrentarse al ataque.
Una vez en ese lugar, todos esos jóvenes se quedaron sorprendidos y sin decir ninguna palabra por la cantidad de personas que allí había, fueron maltratados, insultados, los gritaban por el hecho de que eran nuevos, el entrenamiento era muy fuerte, les entregaron su respectivo uniforme y armas para combatir, porque tenían muy pocas horas para prepararse y salir a la guerra.
The day after they were recruited, Sebastian and all those young men were very sad, depressed and heartbroken, since they would be leaving their homes without knowing if they were going to return. They were put on an army truck, without knowing anything and tied up as prisoners, where they traveled and crossed many roads full of obstacles and army posts, in order to reach the military base where all the soldiers were sheltered to be trained, preparing them to face the attack.
Once in that place, all those young men were surprised and without saying a word because of the amount of people there, they were mistreated, insulted, shouted at because they were new, the training was very strong, they were given their respective uniforms and weapons to fight, because they had very few hours to prepare and go to war.
Esa misma noche recibieron órdenes de que estaban siendo atacados, todos los soldados estaban desprevenido, Sebastián no sabía que hacer, donde meterse, hacia donde correr, ya que era la primera vez que le sucedía eso. Así que de inmediato reciben órdenes del general y todos los jóvenes se alistaron y salieron en forma de comando, además cubriéndose las espaldas unos con otros para estar muy pendientes de cualquier situación o movimiento sospechoso que vieran, así pasaron horas caminando hasta que cayó la madrugada y la situación estaba un poco más calmada.
That same night they received orders that they were under attack, all the soldiers were unprepared, Sebastian did not know what to do, where to go, where to run, since it was the first time that happened to him. So they immediately received orders from the general and all the young men enlisted and went out as a commando, also covering each other's backs to be very aware of any suspicious situation or movement they saw, so they spent hours walking until dawn fell and the situation was a little calmer.
Sin embargo, no podían bajar la guardia porque estaban en plena guerra y podía ocurrir cualquier cosa. Sebastián ya estaba cansado, agotado junto a los demás joven que se encontraban con él. No paso ni un minuto cuando escucharon una explosión a unos metros de donde se encontraban, así que todos se movieron y colocaron en posición para empezar a disparar a los enemigos que se estaba acercando a ellos, lo único que es escuchaba era gritos, llantos y muchos disparos.
En ese momento los nervios y el susto se apoderaron de Sebastián, estaba únicamente concentrado en cubrirse, protegerse y no recibir ningún disparo, mientras que pensaba y coordinaban las tácticas que iban a realizar junto a sus compañeros.
However, they could not let their guard down because they were in the middle of a war and anything could happen. Sebastian was already tired, exhausted along with the other young men who were with him. Not even a minute passed when they heard an explosion a few meters from where they were, so they all moved and got into position to start shooting at the enemies that were approaching them, the only thing they heard was screams, cries and many shots.
At that moment the nerves and fear took over Sebastian, he was only focused on taking cover, protecting himself and not getting shot, while thinking and coordinating the tactics they were going to perform with his companions.
Así permanecieron días tras días en guerra, donde ya no dormían y tenía que hacer guardias, cuidarse unos con otros para que no los mataran, sin embargo, uno de sus amigos no puedo sobrevivir, eso, impacto mucho a Sebastián, recibo un disparado en todo su pecho, a pesar de que tenía un chaleco anti bala no puedo vivir. Sebastián intentó ayudarlo, pero no logro hacer nada, es aquí donde la desesperación y la angustia lo atacaron, no le quedo más opción que continuar disparando, hasta acabar con los enemigos.
Thus they remained days after days at war, where they no longer slept and had to stand guard, taking care of each other so they would not be killed, however, one of his friends could not survive, this had a great impact on Sebastian, he was shot in his chest, even though he had a bulletproof vest he could not live. Sebastian tried to help him, but he could not do anything, it is here where despair and anguish attacked him, he had no choice but to continue shooting, until he finished with the enemies.
Las cosas se estaba poniendo muy fea y ya les quedaba muy pocos soldados vivos, así que tuvieron que retirarse y dirigirse a otra base militar para pedir ayuda. Sebastián se marchó deprimido, traumado y a la vez contento porque regresaría con vida, sin embargo, él pensaba que tenía una deuda pendiente con su país.
Cuando llegaron a la base militar de su ciudad, se encontraron con todo destruido, muchas personas mayores, mujeres, jóvenes, niños se estaba refugiando en ese lugar, porque sus casas estaban destruidas, familiares muertos durante la guerra y no lo que daba nada a esa pobre gente.
Things were getting very bad and they had very few soldiers left alive, so they had to retreat and go to another military base to ask for help. Sebastian left depressed, traumatized and at the same time happy because he would return alive, however, he thought he had a debt pending with his country.
When they arrived to the military base of his city, they found everything destroyed, many old people, women, young people, children were taking refuge in that place, because their houses were destroyed, relatives died during the war and nothing was given to those poor people.
Sebastián, una vez que se entera de eso, empezó a buscar a sus padres, preguntaba por ellos y nada que aparecían hasta que después de un largo tiempo de búsqueda los encontró. Este fue el momento más feliz en la vida de Sebastián, poder encontrar y abrazar nuevamente a sus padres, eso se llama felicidad, donde les dice con voz de llanto regrese a casa, después haber batallado por su país.
Sebastian, once he found out about this, he began to look for his parents, he asked for them and nothing appeared until after a long time of searching he found them. This was the happiest moment in Sebastian's life, to be able to find and hug his parents again, that is called happiness, where he tells them with a crying voice to come back home, after having fought for his country.
