Which part of #steem operation is the worst for you? I know I can find replies from many dApps, I know I can manually check my wallet for fund transfer, but to date there is not much of apps will do push notification on mentions. 
Perhaps, it's about time to find an alternate solution since recently
#esteem is known for their bulkiness due to supreme functionality of their system, and the codes I bet it's super complicated. They have all kinds of customization that may just suits everyone of us. Good thing about the latest 2.2 version and above, #esteemapp has lost some weight! So much faster, more stability and has a point accumulation system. Once logged in, proceed to the top left corner and touch your own avatar, in my case, that's my face.
A drop down menu appear, all I gotta do is find the "settings" in the menu and execute it.
From here, you can choose server, in the event of server down, you can always opt for another one. Very convenient for some country that has a ban on the official steemit API nodes. Continue to execute "push notification".
And finally, a list of notification #esteem can provide you is here. I don't know about you, but I find vote notification is kinda spam if it's a notification. I don't wanna be bothered 100 times each post I made 😂
In the end, the most important thing I would like to have is finding who mentioned me in their posts or their comment. This works in previous 1.6 version, but I haven't seen it since 2.2 as #esteem team decided to make it default off notification. With this post, I will be able to test the functionality and shall report back again if I find any bug.
