It's been 8 years and 9 months since I started work here in the same company. I knew I had already complained enough and decided to move on, found myself a new job and currently serving my short notice. Frankly, it's a whole new experience to work as an outgoing staff which I never felt before.
Maybe I did for the first few months when I started working with this company. Everyone seems very friendly and caring if I can get my work done. If I even came late to the office, someone will text me to see if I'm ok 🤣 even if I we to number two, I heard my boss is calling me from the outside when he's peeing at the urinal pot 🤣
I have got all the attention I needed in the office, so I decided to step out, to meet some old friends... wait... client I mean. I literally make them my friends. I will have to do that, if I treat them like my client all along, I would have asked them to eat shit for asking me the same question for 8 years and 9 months. I'm glad I didn't ask them to eat shit, and therefore we're still friends after all these years.
Every good thing must come to an end. The office building next to the Hilton hotel, gave me one of the most memorable experiences. Who can imagine standing by the window, looking outside and seeing more tour buses pouring into the hotel, meaning I will get slow internet speed with my cell data? 🤣
I'm currently sparingly using my little freedom I had with the current company, making tours around the region, waving my palms and saying good byes. I've stopped smoking for more than 3 years now, but still I need to attend clients at pubs and bistros. Those are my biggest challenges as cigarettes and beer go hand in hand.
Do pray for me, to uphold that strength for not going back smoking again. My 12oz bicep curls(drinking beer) hopefully not a regular practice in the new working environment.
